Hi Tom. I'm a huge lover of continuity and because of this there is one question that worries me a lot: Its about Magneto not being Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch biological father. In Uncanny X-Men # 125 we learn that Wanda resembles Magda (Magneto's wife) a lot. Perhaps Magda is their real mother and their father is another, but then, why Pietro looks (physically) like Magneto? Wanda said in "Vision & Scarlet Witch" first limited series #4 that he resembles Magneto a lot. Thanks
Sometimes people just resemble other people. You’ve surely experienced this in your life at some point.
I almost feel the need to just post entire pages out of Magneto Rex to stress all the ways Pietro is supposed to significantly resemble Erik is an astounding and undeniable way. Or get a clicker and count the times Pietro is said to look near-identical to Magneto, just to make a point of what a WEAK argument Tom has made here. But, well, when a retcon is stupid and makes no sense, so are the people who did it, and their evidence to support it. So….
How do we know if Tom actually has his own opinions on anything? I think Disney’s hand is too far up his ass and talking for him.
